Do you have a full body workout?How many times a month do you think about training and being healthy? I know that life always finds a way for us not to exercise and eat healthier. I know there are many times on my way home from work I just want to stop and pick up some fast food. I know there are many days when I get home when I do not even think about doing any exercise. I know that is not always good at all. Many people work sitting down behind a desk. We just are not as active as a society as we once were in the past. It seems like we work more hours at the office and have easier access to unhealthy foods.

I know that I have always wished that I could find a quick workout to fit my lifestyle. A few years ago I was on the search for one. It took me a few months of trial and error. It was well worth the wait though. I found a program that is perfect for business type people who are on the go a lot like myself. This program I can even do at the hotel without weights! I had a good friend of mine Cole tell me all about Craig’s Turbulence Training Programs. This program is great for people who do not have 2 hours a day to spend at their local gym. He has created a program that is fast and effective. I have never in my life gotten results like I have once I started this training program. The workouts are really fast and do not take up much time during the day. If you are a very busy person, like most of us are, then this is the program for you! I think this program is well worth trying! He has many different types of bodyweight programs too that are full body workouts. He has every type of program for all types of people and lifestyles. I really think that everyone should check them out.

Another bodyweight program I have done and you can try is by Jason Ferrugia. He focuses more on size gains. He has a program of just bodyweight exercises for building muscle! So for this program there is no need in having a gym membership at all. Plus, there is no excuse on not ever doing it. You can do these types of programs in your hotel room while you are on a business trip.
